Autism Plus (via Media Trust)

Moving Frame offers its services to the Media Trust under the 'Media Matching' scheme whereby advisers volunteer their time to help voluntary organisations with media projects (see Media Trust - Media Matching). Through this route we offered advice to Autism Plus, a Sheffield based charity that provides services to adults and children with autistic spectrum disorders, learning and mental health disabilities (see Autism Plus).

Autism Plus was successful in receiving support from Media Trust under the 'Inspiring Voices' awards scheme. This allowed Autism Plus to purchase a number of small, easy-to-use digital video cameras and an editing platform. Moving Frame offered advice to support staff and some service users on the basic techniques of shooting and video editing.
